“What I love about the Leeds Community Foundation is that they are not cause-specific, they are Leeds-specific. No matter what you are interested in the Foundation will be able to find some amazing community groups that, with your financial support, can have a really significant impact on the lives of Leeds people.” Paula Dillon, Bond Dickinson

Named Funds are one of the specialist services that Community Foundations are uniquely positioned to provide. They are a simple and cost effect alternative to establishing an independent charitable trust, quick to set up and extremely flexible, allowing you to have as much input into the grant making process as you choose. Named Funds can be set up for a minimum donation of £25,000 and can include your companies name or an area of need you wish to support. Find out more

A flexible scheme which allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly and on a tax free basis to the charities and good causes of their choice. Payroll giving donations are deducted before tax, so each £1.00 you give will only cost you 80p.
It is simple and easy to set up a payroll giving scheme. There is little in the way of cost and administration, and you’ll probably be able to adapt your existing payroll system to operate the scheme. LCF has partnered up with County Durham Community Foundation – an approved Payroll Giving Agent – to manage the scheme.
