We provide a professional, independent and cost effective way to run grants programmes that target need in local communities. Our experienced grants team will work with you on the design, implementation and assessment of your Grants Programme to ensure that it helps you meet your strategic priorities.
We meet with you to discuss the focus of your fund, the geographic remit, the size and type of grants you wish to make, the kind of impact you are hoping for and the people you want on your decision making panel. Once the Fund is set up, we take care of all the administration and due diligence: devising the application form and guidelines; publicity and outreach; assessment, due diligence and shortlisting applications. We then present the grants panel with a selection of assessed projects, all of which meet the criteria, and you take the decision based on your own key priorities. Once decisions have been taken, we notify all applicants of the results and make payments to successful organisations. We then monitor the grant expenditure and keep you informed via an annual report on your Fund.
